My role is to provide guidance, reassurance, and continuous support so you can navigate this journey feeling empowered and prepared.

Our Services
Birth doula services include comprehensive support: unlimited phone and text communication, two prenatal meetings, and continuous emotional and physical support during labor. I will advocate for your birth preferences and ensure seamless coordination with your medical team. After your baby arrives, I also provide two postpartum visits to help you transition smoothly into parenthood.
Sibling doula support is all about caring for your other little ones. I understand that welcoming a new addition to your family can be both exciting and overwhelming.
With sibling support, you and your partner can focus on the birth, knowing your children are in capable hands as you prepare to meet your newest family member.
Postpartum doula services focus on nurturing and supporting you during the early weeks and months after childbirth. I provide unbiased support with everything from feeding to newborn care, ensuring you feel confident and reassured as you transition into parenthood.
