As a postpartum doula, I provide hands-on support to help you rest, recover, and adjust. This includes infant care, feeding support, light household tasks, light meal prep, and emotional check-ins.

 

I offer guidance on newborn care, soothing techniques, and postpartum recovery, ensuring you feel confident and supported during this transition.

 

Postpartum support is currently only offered for daytime shifts.

Daytime shifts are a minimum of three hours each, and start at $55/hr. 

​

Some insurance packages include postpartum visits in addition to birth support. ​​
